This is a 2hr workshop for bp’s that have either already done the hypnobirthing course and just need a top-up, or for those who didn’t manage a course. It's here for you to receive all you need ready for birth
Fourth Trimester
£60 (private)
When a baby is born and up to 12 weeks this is a special time. But could be much smoother for you with some preparation. Lessen the overwhelm and feel more sorted for this fourth trimester.
Preparing to Breastfeed
(Private)
Ok it is a thousand times worth it I promise! But it's not always easy peasy. I'd love to help you get a confident start to feeding your baby. This workshop can be added into any other course or as a one to one. It's something i really want to get out there and support you with, as anything I can give guidance with will really help protect that wonderful baby bubble after birth. You deserve that to be nothing other than GORGEOUS.
This is a free service to you in any course.
Pregnancy Indulgence
Waterbirth Workshop

Alre you dreaming of a waterbirth? Perhaps it's sounding like it might be something you'd enjoy but you feel a little confused about it all...? This is where you need to be - come and see a pool, imagine yourself in it, see it in real life for sizing it up for your home maybe or just to ask your questions. Me your Hypnobirthing teacher and an expererienced Birth Doula are here for you.

Pregnancy Retreat

This is the event every Mama wishes they'd had! And its happening now for you.
A day of treats, pampering and relaxation. It's indulgence and nourishment that every Mama deserves. Brunch and refreshments provided, all you need to bring along is you!
10-2pm - hours of you time, bonding with your baby and replenishing yourself. We know how hard juggling everything is, and pregnancy itself is a LOT!
So come along and let two experienced hypnobirthing teachers hold this space for you
